    We are pleased to refund or exchange unworn and unmarked goods with original packaging in a saleable condition accompanied by a returns form within 14 days of the purchase date. Refunds are processed immediately once we are in receipt of your returned items, however please allow up to 14 days for funds to be credited back to your account.

    Naturally, we do need to make certain stipulations: all returned items must be in new, unused and saleable condition; that means that there are no marks on the item or wear on any of the tags or labels. We cannot accept any non faulty items that have been worn, washed or tags removed.
    If you find your goods to be faulty or do not meet the description on the website at the time you placed your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods.  Once returned to us, upon inspection we will be happy to issue a refund.

    PLEASE NOTE: If you are returning products please remember they are your responsibility as a customer until they reach us.
    For your own protection we recommend that you send any returns using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods for example Royal mail special or recorded delivery in the UK or a courier service in the US or Europe.

    We do not pay for return postage this will be at your own cost.
